Quarterbacks

Trask and Wolford potentially out the door leaving Cohen the flexibility to rework the QB room.

Two guys I like who had 65%+ completion rates that'll be available day 3 if the draft is tomorrow:

Jaxson Dart Ole Miss 6'2" 220 SR

Cameron Ward Washington State 6'3" 220 RSR

These guys also have the prototypical size I like. Ward gave the #2 Huskies all they wanted in a classic apple cup game last year.

Ward hit the transfer portal to Miami. I didn't even know that until he wasn't in the apple cup game on Saturday.

Dart was the SEC offensive player of the week.

Wouldn't be shocked to see a free agent and a draft pick next spring.

Ward is going to be out of the running. They're giving him first round grades.

I'm just looking for good completion percentage at this point.

So the answer to my question is no, then.

I'd just assume draft Shadeur Sanders in the first round.

Nix that. Jameis would be cheaper.

But Jameis will also decimate the local Publix seafood section.

He missed a real opportunity for a Zenni eyewear sponsorship deal when he got Lasik

Ward is now the Heisman frontrunner. He'll love playing for Canales.

Speaking of the Panthers, 38 year old Andy Dalton hits the market next season, as does a much younger Mason Rudolph.

Pretty weak class of QBs and since the defense needs an overhaul, I'd rather rent one of these two dudes to get us through a season if something happened to Baker. I don't see a QBOTF I'd burn a day two pick on except maybe Nussmeier out of LSU

If it was Baker, Rudolph, and Nussmeier going into camp, I wouldn't be mad. In fact, I'd like that QB room quite a bit.
