Did the league just pilfer half the coaching staff or what?

I'm at a loss trying to figure out why Canales is considered such a huge loss for us. He was decent, don't get me wrong, but he's had one season in a position higher than being a position coach and he wasn't great at it, especially his playcalling which was hot and cold.
I would not at all have been upset to see him come back, but it's almost a Raheem Morris situation where a dude with a ton of potential is going to flame out due to a lack of experience and then end up being a good OC in the league for the next decade.
Our next thread should be a David Tepper appreciation thread though.

It's not just Canales though. Oline coach, ST coordinator, I lost track and didn't even know some of these cats were gone until the new hires got announced.
I guess if you're going to tout your organization as a coach factory, there's going to be buyers every year.

The only one out of those I even care about is the O-line coach. Coen will be fine in place of Canales and our Special Teams weren't very special aside from our kicker and punter and I think that has a lot more to do with the individuals than the coach.

JDR probably gets mistaken for Troy Aikman and Matich looks like the bear in the big blue house. He waddles like a man with no knees or back left.
