The only thing that drags us into this in an active way is if Iran attempts to shut down the Strait of Hormuz. They do that and we'll teach them all about proportional responses again.

Hell Biden may not even be pro-Israel in his second term. He's getting sick to shit of Bibi, I think the whole world is. I honestly think Israel really fucked themselves by giving this guy power so many times. If not for him there's a decent chance a two-state solution would have worked out. Granted Arafat (at the time) and other Palestinian leaders have done themselves no favors either. If I were one of those murica first isolationist douchbags, I'd consider feeding Israel to the arabs in exchange for 100 years of peace.
We've had to deal with the consequences of supporting Israel before. I don't see how they are worth another 9/11 to us.
Israel exists because Americans allow it. The Israelis obviously need to be reminded of that fact.
