Bottom post of the previous page:

They handed a coordinator with one year's experience the entire franchise.

How often does a head coach pick the gm and good things happen?
It will certainly work out better than any HC they hired if they had to work with Baalke. He should have been fired before they started their coaching search.

For sure. But this backwards hiring is what the jets just did. And you don't want to ever emulate the jets. And as far as I know even they didn't let their new hc pick the gm.

I doubt we see considerable regression on offense. Baker was a good QB before Coen got here and the running game being successful had a hell of a lot more to do with Barton and Mauch progressing along with Bucky's preternatural shiftiness than anything Coen did. As long as we get someone who is a decent play caller I don't see much drop off at all, especially if we continue to poach the McVay tree so as to get some sort of scheme continuity.

A coordinator who has never been a head coach and has never stayed in a role longer than a year. He's going to struggle big time, he has no idea how to sell guys on a long term plan, he's never had to deal with personnel management, and he's a punk ass bitch with no integrity.

Baalke should have been fired before the Pedersen hire, but as we all know, the Khans have no idea what they're doing.

Weakest Duval chant I've ever heard. I wonder if his wrists are permanently limp.
