Putin has been hinting at peace talks but insists on not losing any newly occupied territory and I'm thinking he'll move off that position if Biden is re-elected. I think the goal here should be to get Russia out of Crimea as well as what they've held since this mess all started.

Russia trucked in 100,000 Russians and either relocated the Ukranians into Russia or they fled into their own country.
