Where you and I diverge is how to proceed from there.
End the colonialization and rule by proxy of central and south America and I promise you immigration from those nations will slow down considerably.
If you're going to be ruled from Washington DC you may as well be where the money ends up.
I am down with not being involved with any country at all levels. All this talk about a "Global Economy"... We can produce pretty much anything in the lower 48. Sure, it will be more expensive at first but when we zero out the 100's of billions (including military) in annual foreign aid, that money can be used as a supplement to American Citizens.
I have become an isolationist the last few years.....
Try this on for size...
There is no such thing as "American based corporations" anymore.
Obviously, I'm not talking about mom and pop running the local greasy spoon. I'm talking about...General Electric. GE was and is one of the American Icon corporations. But today, institutional investors from around the world own those companies. Hedge funds and private equity have no allegiance to the US government aside from the interests of it's own business dealings and the sensibilities of any US citizens who happen to work there.
As all corporations are flow through entities for their investors, no amount of government corruption in Washington could disperse as much American wealth as quickly around the world as the publicly traded corporation. Gordon Gekko doesn't live in New York anymore. He more often than not lives in Dublin, or Dubai, or Kuala Lumpur, or Tel Aviv.
Is taxation theft in this instance or collecting due rent?

The crazy part of the Jewish globalist conspiracy stuff in the US is that if you take out the antisemitism, it's just a critique of capitalism

I was too busy eating ribeye to watch the speech. How did Cheeto Mussolini do?
I saw a tiny clip that looked like the same old trump speech but lower and slower.

Russell Brand, Hulk Hogan... I couldn't take it so I checked out before he spoke. Only speech I watched was Tucker... and he was well, Tucker. From the clips I've seen; yeah pretty much same Trump with less energy.

I like how the end of Trump's speech roughly coincided with the beginning of the largest IT outage in the history of the Earth. No, my company doesn't use CrowdStrike, if we did I probably would have just not shown up today.

Definitely testing something out. October is going to be wild. Get to Bama to pick up the rest of the arsenal soon, Outtie

"Illegals kill hundreds of thousands of our people every year"
"illegals are taking 107% of all the new jobs."
"I will bring back the American Dream"
Restoring the American Dream by saving hundreds of thousands of fake people and saving fake jobs.
Well I'm sure as hell persuaded.

Nah that shit was coincidental. 100% this massive clusterfuck today was caused by one of two things, either an engineer made a really fucking stupid decision to bypass policies and pushed the update directly to production without testing, or CrowdStrike (who like other tech companies have been laying people off) has laid off a significant portion of their QA team and as a result they are either not doing it at all or are very bad at it.
The technical speak behind the issue is this: more or less they pushed a virus definition update, which is not something that you can set to be refused or delayed, and that update had a string of binary in it that for some reason caused the crwd.svc to reject the Windows boot cycle on every Windows machine that had CrowdStrike software installed on it. The fix is actually really simple, you boot into safe mode and delete a single file from C:\Windows\system32\CrowdStrike but it has to be done manually on every affected system and on top of that outside of very specific instances it cannot be done remotely. On top of that Microsoft has a service called BitLocker which will encrypt the hard drive automatically when something like this happens. If you lost the 48 character string for that machine? Welp, you're fucked hope you have some solid fucking backups. Some of the orgs impacted have thousands of client machines and servers that are impacted in locations across the world while other orgs have completely outsourced their IT departments and people in India can't help you in Indiana with this one. Some orgs are going to take weeks to completely recover.
It's going to do a couple of things. For one the FTC is going to rape CrowdStrike, because as this interrupted interstate and global commerce by impacting shipping and airlines particularly it becomes an FTC violation. Secondly, this is hopefully going to cause a shift back to on-prem (or at least local if remote) IT staff from outsourcing. Finally I am hopeful that it will highlight that testing and QA is not a money sink because if you don't do those things well you can apparently cripple the global economy.
Edit: I didn't finish a sentence in that last paragraph, and I'm heading up to the land of the cousin fuckers in December to hopefully kill a deer or two and grab my shotguns, ARs, and one of my bolt-actions. May bring my crossbow back as well.

The Republicans have held responsible the head of the Secret Service for allowing one of Trumps own followers to get a clean shot at him.
And for not devoting the best and brightest white secret service agents (you noticed they're all white? you can't trust some people) to the former president instead of the sitting president, they have taken their pound of flesh.
Eye for an ear as the saying goes.

Both the Dems and GOP were beating the shit out of that broad in the hearing yesterday.... Even that feckless fuckstick, Raskins. It was the most bipartisan committee hearing we have seen in a decade.
I thought there was no such thing as "white"? And I am sure you saw the many videos of the fat little dyke who couln't even holster her firearm. Or the one by the stage that appeared to be ducking instead of covering the protecttee.
