To echo some thoughts.

Bowles isn't a bad DC...especially if that's his only job. We don't really have the talent right now. What Bowles really sucks at his being a HC...specifically the game management part.

Coen is a fucking stud. Keeping him has to be the #1 priority.

We're weighing if Cohen is more valuable than Bowles and I don't think it's a good idea.

If you're gonna fire Bowles on his merits, you should hire Cohen on his. Who ultimately hired Liam Cohen in the first place? Todd Bowles.

Hire a god-damned d coordinator and let Licht cook.

Arians should be in his ear telling him to get a defensive coordinator.

Agreed. Cohen is much more imaginative in both pass and the run game. And Tampa hasn't had too many OCs that had any semblance of a run scheme / philosophy.
