Bottom post of the previous page:
I hope they send that Uncle Tom mother fucker to Gitmo so he can get a taste of what his own rulings enable. Dude is beholden and providing aid and comfort to a foreign adversary. In the Constitution that is one of the few crimes with a strict definition. Uncle Tom ticks all of the boxes.
Thurgood Marshall must be spinning in his grave so fast that if we could harness it we'd have free energy.

I'd be going after all of them. At the very least ACB and Brett "I like beer!" Kavanaugh lied under oath when asked about Roe v Wade and they both outright said that they consider it settled law.
And with Roberts, he has enabled all of this, if our media cared to do a little digging I'm sure they'd find out he's as corrupt as the other 3. I'm not sure if Neil Gorusch is corrupt or just ultra conservative but if you're gonna go big you may as well try to take him out as well.
I'm not a HUGE Kagan fan but she's alright. Sotomayor is one of the best Justices we've had in a long time and Jackson is seeming to be a good choice the more cases she is involved with. Imagine they actually pull it off and we get an entirely liberal court. I would love owning the cons that way.

It could really go either way. Literally everything hinges on the election.
Take the most milquetoast version of trump 47 and it's still a 7-3 conservative court for the rest of our lives.

Maybe 'Second Amendment People' can stop Trump's Supreme Court picks!

The Department of Defense which employs over one million uniformed service members has only 82 days until all military operations except for those critically necessary for national defense will cease due to lack of funding.
Presently, the DoD spends far more money than it takes in. Without leadership on this critical issue, we are only 82 days away from losing our military.
This is how Republicans want you to think about Social Security.

There's no such thing as a debt ceiling. It's made up.
I was infuriated last summer when Joe Biden kept suggesting there was such a thing.
Sorry I yelled at you.

Appreciate it but no need to apologize to me ever. I have been a daft prick on these boards so many times over the last 20 years that whatever I get, I most likely deserve.

We'll figure it out.
But yeah, the debt ceiling was a phony way to get budget cuts out of democrats. No different than a government shutdown that does nothing but furlough employees.
