Bottom post of the previous page:

Starting a new gig this morning. That's nine jobs since February 2023 for those of you keeping track.

One more and I get dual citizenship in Mexico.

It's also my 24th wedding anniversary, my daughter is getting induced on Friday which means my grandson probably gets here this weekend. My wife turns fifty on Sunday.

Big week

9 different jobs? Comrade shan't have his labor abused!

Sounds like a full and important week. Try to enjoy it!

Yes. It's called careening through the workforce. The VA and I have been discussing this for the past seven months.

I think I hit Terra firma here and can stick around.

Anyway, I even had to reschedule my liver ultrasound I'm so busy.

I don't follow. Is this a practice that will improve / increase VA benefits somehow?

The work thing is a symptom of another thing. Basically, I came off Wellbutrin when I quit smoking and freaked out.

As for benefits, I'm just getting treated. I don't draw disability and wouldn't have a service connection for this. Just had a screw loose is all.

I'm on Wellbutrin for my ADHD.Was it showing any benefits outside of helping you quit smoking? I ask because if that's the case it may be worth it to just go back on it.

I've always responded well to Wellbutrin. Coming off of it wrecked me though and it took a lot of time to pinpoint it.

I went back and reread some old threads to see if I did anything obvious, and thankfully aside from hating on a couple of people harder, I was still incredibly based and red pilled.

Pete - how are you holding up with Debby?

If it's anything like my experience was, he's wet.

Sadly, Outtie is correct.

Appreciate you asking. Good amount of rain but nothing like the totals Florida got. Wind is kicking here and there but nothing too bad.
Charlotte is crazy. If it snows, the grocery stores are raided and emptied out (and most of the snow we get here is melted in a day or two). People definitely can't drive in the rain and also go crazy with the supplies when a storm is coming.

Shit, we didn't even start paying attn until it was a Cat 3 down in Florida.

But the Betters are allowing us to WFH today and tomorrow so not too much to complain about. If the little crick behind my house starts cresting again, I will just get my floaties and NYBFs noddle to keep me safe.

Shit... That's a lot of water. Thankfully it looks like it's got a ways to go before it causes you much trouble.

I've been lucky so far, mine hasn't crested yet since I've been here. We've come close. And I'm sure it's coming soon.
