Yeah. The benefits of having a 3 bedroom with no dependents. We actually get along relatively well, she's just got Bipolar that is only marginally treated and as such is a pathological liar and serial cheater who gaslit the fuck out of me for 4 years. So while it's not difficult being cordial it's kind of a weird situation where I don't know when she's gonna get manic and potentially do something really crazy, and I like my stuff, so I don't leave unless it's for work. I also coincidentally have 6 cameras set up in and around my house.

The goal here is less drama, not more. Granted I spend 90% of my time at home in my office that is only accessible via a biometric lock.

We had the talk last night. She's moving out June 3rd.

She and I actually get along pretty well as platonic friends, so I think without her trying to cling to the relationship she'll be less of a pain in the ass. She's not so much difficult to live with (though she could be at times) she's just a serial cheater and a pathological liar. So with me not being emotionally invested anymore I don't foresee having many issues over the next month and a half or so.

Edit: That first part is why finally breaking things off was difficult for me. She's going to be in a pretty rough situation financially when she moves out, she's going to be jobless with no money living in her parent's basement back in NH. I do still have a lot of love for this woman and honestly if we did't have the bad history between us she would easily be one of my best friends.

Kick ass. I really, really want a flats boat. Like a 18 ft Boston Whaler or Carolina Skiff. I love bass fishing and I absolutely love flats fishing in salt water. Nothing beats catching trout, redfish, snook, and the occasional flounder all day.
