Godwin should be a lock for the ring of honor if he isn't already and it's past time to talk about this being one of the best wr tandems of all time.

They've been producing at a high level together for seven years. That's a big deal.
So here's a three season comparison of Randy Moss and Cris Carter from 1998-2000 compared with the previous three seasons for Evans and Godwin

Player g rec yds td
Moss 48 226 4163 43
Carter 48 264 3526 34
Total 96 490 7689 77

Evans 48 230 3414 33
Godwin 46 285 3150 10
Total 94 515 6564 43

1125 yards and 34 extra tuddies for Moss and Carter. That's a career year for a whole other guy. Moss has the same TDs as Evans and Godwin combined in this span. Dude was incredible.

That was a bitch to format. If we can get the spreadsheet insert turned into something better we can look at stats more gooder

I think comparing anyone to Randy Moss in his prime is unfair. He had the height of Megatron, the speed of Tyreeke Hill, the fluidity in his route running that was only rivaled by guys like Jerry fucking Rice and Tim fucking Brown, and his vert was so preposterous I don't even know who to compare it to.

If he was as driven as Rice, hell if he was as driven as Mike he'd have shattered Rice's records. Moss was an unparalleled talent at WR.

And that Cris Carter guy wasn't too bad either.

Also a dubious sample. I did the first three seasons of Moss/Carter and the last three seasons Evans/Godwin.

I didn't even look to see if it's the best three years of Evans/Godwin but Godwin caught 104 balls in 22. Brady fuckin loves Chris Godwin.

They've been a duo for going on eight years now. The total production there for this span of time is what's going to be most noteworthy but it's still going to be comparing them favorably to some elite company.

Godwin was a monster in PPR and YAC until the Saints Boutygated his knee. I'm excited to see him back in the slot this season one more year removed from his injury. That's where he thrived with Brady and I'm sure Baker will love having a quick, great route runner with fantastic hands as a quick option over the middle.

Watching this footage of Larry Allen while the news man speculates on cause of death.

Look at the size of him. He had a heart the size of a glazed ham.

Our returner got cut because he beats his wife, and that's bad because it wasn't done the second she released a tik tok that accused him of doing it.

Licht told some scrub who has sucked since he got drafted that the Bucs were going to draft him if he was still there when they picked, he then traded the pick.

It's weird that we're catching these petty strays during the offseason. Media has never really cared about the Bucs before.

The Cine thing is extra hilarious when you consider Hall, who sucks, looks like a first ballot HoFer over Cine. How dare the GM do his job and draft the better player! Also for returner I'm assuming you mean Deven Thompkins? I didn't even know about that shit.

Saw that when it hit the subreddit.

the offseason criminal charges roundup begins. The best thing an NFL team can do about it is organizational culture and locker room leadership.

It's a pity you can have all that and it still happens.
