Our only DNP in practice today (for injury reasons) was Logan Hall. Tykee Smith was also DNP but it is for a personal matter. AWJ full participation. Things are looking kind of good.

I gotta believe that this team is capable of winning the whole fuckin thing if the football gods permit it.

That snowball has a chance which says to me that the Super Bowl window is still open.

If the defense can get it's shit together against the pass we have a chance. Otherwise we'll have to score 30+ points per game to make that run and while we do score a shit load of points I don't know if we can keep up in a shootout with Detroit or Minnesota unless we can get some turnovers or put some serious pressure on Goff/Darnold.

If trust and loyalty aren't flowing both ways it's not leadership. It's just management.

That's why I've always hated the term "buy in". It implies that you're selling something and someone actually buys your bullshit. And your ability to get people to buy into your bullshit is what makes for "leadership skills".

Shannon and Ocho know that you can't bullshit your way through. They know loyalty when they see it.
