Easy. Between the primary and now we went from 65% Biden to 65% Harris. Joe Biden made his decision and put the country over his own ego.PetePierson wrote: ↑Sun Jul 21, 2024 4:33 pmYeah, he got crushed in the popular vote and lost by <45k in the swing states / EC.emby wrote: ↑Sun Jul 21, 2024 4:28 pmI agree, but the instant reaction on that side is they win by default. And they'll bitch when they lose just like last time and claim the whole thing is rigged like he didn't get beat by 8 million votes.PetePierson wrote: ↑Sun Jul 21, 2024 4:04 pm Dropping the senile Ole fuck is the best thing for your team. Now Trump is the old and feeble one.
Again, I do think the Dems will spin this as a good thing even though they lied for the last few years; saying Joey is sharp as a tack and staffers can't keep up with him.
Also will be interesting to see how you / your team squares the entire democracy angle when you just dismissed 14 million votes and 3,000 delegates.
But that matters not bc everyone is a hypocrite and Trump remains deeply unpopular.
I think you'll see some big party unity if no one challenges Harris. And why bother jumping in now when you can wait for 2028?
With trump out of the picture I have no compunction with primary challenging a president Harris.
Maybe after 3 or 4 one term presidents they'll start fixing things.
