Re: The offseason
When the Tampa Bay Buccaneers play the Las Vegas Raiders at Raymond James Stadium in Week 14 of the upcoming season, it will be their first home game in almost a month. To celebrate that homecoming, the team plans to join forces with fans and local establishments to go red.
On Thursday, the Buccaneers announced that the game theme for their December 8 contest against the Raiders will be a "Red Out". It will be a weeklong effort to celebrate the distinctive red elements of the team's uniforms and fans are encouraged to join the players, who will wear red jerseys in the celebration at Raymond James Stadium, by also wearing red on gameday. Kickoff against the Raiders is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. ET.
Through the week, Bay area businesses and buildings will be encouraged to participate in activations to turn red and show off their local pride.
The game's presenting sponsor is Mosaic. For the fourth year in a row, Mosaic and the Buccaneers will collaborate to produce donations of 65,000 meals to Bay area citizens in need.
This week, the Buccaneers have also announced the themes for three other home games during the 2024 season. The regular season opener against Washington on September 8 will be the Bucs' "For Tampa Bay" game, a new theme at season kickoff that will serve as a celebratory moment for the entire community. With the Atlanta Falcons in town on October 27, the Bucs will break out their ultra-popular "Creamsicle" uniforms and transform Raymond James Stadium into a homage to their first home, Tampa Stadium. And on November 10 the Bucs will join the rest of the NFL in making their annual "Salute to Service" during a Week 10 contest against the San Francisco 49ers. Players, coaches and officials will wear game-specific decals and gear as the team and league take an opportunity to recognize and honor veterans, current military members and their families and thank them for their sacrifices.
Tickets to all the team's home games are on sale now and available for purchase at Buccaneers.com. Limited Buccaneers season pass memberships and single game tickets are available. For more information or to speak with a Buccaneers account representative, please contact 866-582-2827 or visit Buccaneers.com.

Re: The offseason
No idea what it costs now but I would say, yes. It is a fairly easy stadium to get out of after a game. Access to 275 and Courtney Campbell are close.
Then the houses behind the stadium (forget the name of the road that runs parallel to Dale Mabry usually offer cheaper parking but I never tried them but driveways and lawns always pretty full).
And since you're a reddit guy, this may help.
