Real talk, if I was Biden right now I'd be testing the fuck out of this SCOTUS ruling. I'd be doing all sorts of wild shit. He's 81 and worth millions of dollars. He could bounce the day his term ends and go anywhere in the world to avoid retribution from the cunts on the right. He should unilaterally forgive all student debt, assassinate Trump, Alito, and Thomas, make abortion legal federally, eliminate the electoral college, expand the Senate, and expand the Supreme Court and pack it with ultra liberal judges.

According to that new ruling he can do all of that with impunity. And if he did have the balls to do that I think conservative voters at large will suddenly realize that it was a bad idea.

You clearly did not read the decision, the President can not take any action that involves Congress and declare immunity. A lot of those require Congress

The bounds of an official act were so vague they may as well not exist. He passes them by executive order, then he let's congress know that if they go against his will they suffer the consequences. Same with the courts. I'm not saying I want a dictator, but if these assholes want to play the game they should get a taste of the outcome they're trying so very hard to bring about.

Plus, as I've basically said before, with the head of the Heritage Foundation, the architect of Project 2025 and the driving force behind the takeover of our government said "we are in the middle of a new American revolution, it can be bloodless if the left allows it."

The decision is quite clear that the supreme court is going to be the decider of what is and what is not an official act.

You can't use anything official as evidence and you can't prove motive.

The President is above the law in every way save for the constitutional process to remove them and the constitutionally prescribed term limits.

Order the Department of Defense to make appropriate use of special forces, cyber warfare, and other covert and overt actions to inflict maximum damage on cartel leadership, infrastructure, and operations
Designate the major drug cartels as foreign terrorist organizations
Cut off the cartels’ access to the global financial system
Get full cooperation of neighboring governments to dismantle the cartels, or else fully expose the bribes and corruption that protect these criminal networks
Ask Congress to ensure drug smugglers and traffickers can receive the Death Penalty

Full escalation of the war on drugs. I doubt this was run by Mexico's new president who is going to have a serious problem with military incursions into her country but she's no fan of the cartels either. Does she make a deal with Trump? I think expansion of this project is going to involve Columbia and Venezuela (amazeballs). I think the strategic goal here is to get Pax Americana more under control so they 1. don't come here. 2. Work for cheap.

I say we do none of that. I say we get Americans the healthcare they need to battle addiction and economic stability to prosper no matter where they are.
