Posting it here because this is a pretty leftist thing by Biden today.

The Washington Post has it behind a paywall, but the gist is that Supreme Court Justices would receive 18 year term limits and once fully implemented would enable sitting presidents to appoint a Justice every two years.

He's also talking about putting ethics policies on the court and eliminating the Presidential immunity the Supreme Court just gave him.

I think those are all worthy reforms.

Do not understand why a president would get a nomination 2x / term.
